Shanghao Zheng

Shanghao Zheng is a seasoned professional in the Web3 industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Web3 Business Development at OceanBase since September 2025. Prior to this role, Shanghao held the position of Web3 industry expert at TiDB, powered by PingCAP, from May 2022 to November 2025. Additionally, Shanghao was the Head of Web3 Industry for PingCAP APAC and worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from July 2019 to March 2022. Shanghao's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Account Manager at Qiniu Limited, a Core CDN Operation Engineer at 北京云端智度科技有限公司, and a live operations engineer at 北京世纪鼎点软件有限公司. Shanghao graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beihang University in 2014.
