Juliana Correia

Juliana Correia is an accomplished professional in the field of microalgae biotechnology, currently serving as the Diretora de Inovação at Ocean Drop since February 2016, a leading Brazilian company specializing in nutrition through superfoods derived from microalgae. Prior to this role, Juliana was the Operational Director at Brastax - Biotecnologia com Microalgas from August 2012 to December 2015, where innovative solutions for industrial effluent treatment were developed, emphasizing sustainability and resource recovery. Juliana holds a degree in Oceanography with a focus on microalgae cultivation from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, as well as advanced certifications in innovation management and regulatory affairs from Instituto Racine.
