Mark Peterson

Mark Peterson has extensive experience in corporate development and strategic planning. Mark started their career at McDermott International Inc. in 2005, where they served as Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. Their primary focus was on developing internal and external growth initiatives, including asset purchases, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2012, they joined Oceaneering International Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Development, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Mark Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in the period of 1973-1977.
