Pamela McGill, SPHR has a diverse professional background, from serving in the US Navy Reserve to working as a Recruiter in various organizations. Currently, Pamela holds the title of Sr. Military Outreach Recruiter at Oceaneering, focusing on engaging candidates from military backgrounds. Additionally, Pamela has experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Oceaneering Intl., Marine Services Division, and has worked as a Yoga Instructor and Freelance Artist. Pamela is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Saint Leo University.
