Christopher Hughes

Christopher Hughes has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Christopher is currently employed at OceanFirst Bank as an AVP/Senior Credit Analyst since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Credit Analyst II from January 2022 to June 2022, and as a Credit Analyst I from January 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining OceanFirst Bank, Christopher worked at Two River Community Bank. From March 2019 to January 2020, they held the position of Commercial Credit Analyst, where they prepared underwriting packages for commercial loans and assessed credit risk. Christopher also worked as a Loan Operations Intern in two separate periods, from May 2018 to August 2018, and from January 2019 to March 2019. In this role, they obtained insurance policies for loans, reviewed loan packages, and gained experience in loan operations.

In addition to their banking experience, Christopher has also worked at Carolina Roadhouse as a Host from May 2016 to December 2017, where they greeted and seated customers, ran food to tables, and handled reservations. Furthermore, they gained early experience in the banking field as a Credit Department Intern at Two River Community Bank from June 2014 to August 2014.
