VP Sr. IT Business Analyst at OceanFirst Bank

Elizabeth Alexander has over 30 years of work experience at OceanFirst Bank. Elizabeth started at the company in 1987 as a Teller and worked their way up to become the Head Teller. In this role, they provided excellent customer service, resolved customer issues, and referred and sold bank products and services. Elizabeth also trained tellers, managed schedules, and maintained vaults.

In 2003, Elizabeth transitioned into the role of AVP Information Technology, where they served as the Deployment Manager. Elizabeth'sresponsibilities included installing, maintaining, and deploying phone systems across the bank. Elizabeth was also responsible for configuring the Imprivata Single Sign-On solution for the entire bank. Elizabeth held this role until February 2018.

After a brief break from the company, Elizabeth returned in 2018 as the Vice President IT System Administrator Manager. In this role, they oversaw the IT system administration for the bank and managed a team. In January 2020, they transitioned into the role of VP Senior IT Business Analyst, where they continue to work.

Elizabeth Alexander attended Ocean County College from 1980 to 1982 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Physical Sciences. In 2016, they enrolled at Stormwind and earned a Project Management Certification in Project Management, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their degree, Elizabeth also holds a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2016.
