Patricia Nelson

Patricia Nelson has a strong background in banking and human resources. Patricia started their career at Corestates Bank in 1990, where they served as VP and led a team of HR professionals across multiple locations. During their time at Corestates Bank, they were recognized for their leadership and received the prestigious Corey Award. Patricia also played a key role in facilitating diversity workshops, designing teambuilding workshops, and implementing an employee recognition program.

In 1998, Patricia joined First Union Bank as a Human Resources Business Partner. After three years, they moved on to Wachovia, where they held the position of Service Director.
