Rebecca Rothstein

Rebecca Rothstein is an experienced professional with a diverse background in digital banking, marketing, customer experience, and consulting. Rebecca most recently served as the Director of Digital Banking at OceanFirst Bank, where they oversaw the bank's digital banking strategy and operations, including retail online and mobile banking, account opening, and ATM/ITMs. Prior to this role, they worked as the Marketing Director (Interim) at the same company.

Before OceanFirst Bank, Rebecca was the Managing Partner at Blue Anchor Partners, LLC, a privately-owned business focused on commercial opportunities in North Carolina. Rebecca also served as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where they guided senior leadership in defining and delivering digital strategies for clients such as Disney and State Farm.

Rebecca has a strong background in user experience, having worked as the Director of User Experience at TandemSeven (now Genpact) and as the Owner of Bull's-eye Research & Design. In both roles, they focused on creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for complex applications and portals.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca held positions at JPMorgan Chase Internet Group as VP, Customer Experience Program Manager, at Scient as Director, Customer Experience Architect/Strategist, and at Rare Medium as a Creative Art Director. Rebecca also had a self-employed period where they worked as an Art Director, Project Manager, Interface Designer, Illustrator, and Animator, serving clients such as Disney, Harper Collins, and Time Warner.

Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in digital banking, marketing, customer experience, and user interface design to their roles, and has worked with a range of clients and industries throughout their career.

Rebecca Rothstein pursued their education by first attending Skidmore College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History and Business. Following this, they enrolled at New York University in 1993 for the Interactive Telecommunications Program and completed their Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree by 1994.
