Stephen Thorpe

Stephen Thorpe began their work experience in 2000 as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the United States Navy, where they repaired electronics weapons systems on carrier-based aircraft. Stephen worked on various naval bases in the San Diego area. In 2008, they joined Colgate Palmolive as an Operations Technician, where they monitored software and collaborated with administrators to ensure procedures were completed. Stephen later became an Associate IT Infrastructure Analyst, working with Cisco wireless infrastructure. In 2020, Thorpe joined Linden Public Schools as a Network Engineer, providing support for students and staff, managing wireless environments, and working with various software and monitoring tools. In 2022, they joined OceanFirst Bank as a Senior Systems/Network Engineer.

Stephen Thorpe began their education at St. John The Apostle Grammar School from 1983 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in General Education. Stephen then attended Rahway High School from 1995 to 1998, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Later, Stephen attended DeVry University from 2007 to 2013, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management. Finally, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Information Systems Management degree with a specialization in Information Security.
