Steve Adamo

Steve Adamo currently serves as the President of Residential and Consumer Lending at OceanFirst Bank, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Steve was the President of National Retail Production at Embrace Home Loans from May 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included expanding the retail sales force and increasing production targets. Steve's extensive background in the mortgage industry also includes roles as the US Head of Mortgage Banking and Consumer Underwriting at Santander Bank from May 2015 to May 2021, as well as serving as President and CEO at Weichert Financial Services and RBS Citizens. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from Merrimack College, earned between 1984 and 1987.
