Vicki Silon

Vicki Silon has extensive experience in the banking and risk management sectors. Vicki is currently working at OceanFirst Bank as the Vice President and Enterprise Risk Officer since July 2019. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, starting in 2005. During their time there, they held various roles including Risk & Operations Analyst, National Bank Examiner, Assistant Deputy Comptroller Analyst, Acting Assistant Deputy Comptroller, and Associate National Bank Examiner. Their roles at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency spanned from 2005 to 2019.

Vicki Silon completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College in 2001. Additionally, Vicki Silon has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association and the Wharton Leadership Program from The Wharton School in June 2023. Vicki also holds certifications as a Federal Thrift Regulator and a National Bank Examiner from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, completed in April 2014 and April 2012, respectively.
