Glenn Fogg

Glenn Fogg has a wealth of work experience. In 2020, they joined Oceanit, a world class science and technology company based in Honolulu, Hawaii, as Director of Strategic Program Development. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a consultant in 2019. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, first as Deputy Director for Prototyping and Experimentation, and then as Director of the Rapid Reaction Technology Office. In this role, they identified new technologies to address combating terrorism and irregular warfare operations, and oversaw emerging biometrics and forensics technologies.

Glenn Fogg attended the United States Naval Academy from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering. Glenn later attended the U.S. Naval War College from 1993 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies.
