Phuong H. Dinh is an Automation Software Engineer for Oceanit, a position they have held since 2020. In 2020, Phuong was also appointed as a NASA Lucy Ambassador and participated in the NASA L' Space Mission Concept Academy, where they co-created a CAD design for a Mars Rover prototype and built a calculation application for payload Entry, Landing, and Descent in C++. Phuong H. also budgeted a template for equipment cost and manufacturing and designed the Failure Mode, Effects Analysis, and Risk Mitigation table.

In 2019, Phuong was a Lab Assistant for the Digital Information & Technology Department at Houston Community College. In this role, they built and managed the Virtual Reality lab and computer labs which hosted over 100 students. Phuong H. also budgeted and incorporated new technology into the internal lab system to migrate critical data off the legacy system, worked with students on their personal projects, and participated in collaborated tech events and conferences that attracted over a hundred investors such as Mace VR Lab, Exxon, and the University of Houston.

In 2018, Phuong was also a Lab Assistant for the Tutoring Department at Houston Community College. In this role, they assisted students with difficulties and organized events, handled data and information after every tutoring session, and arranged meeting sessions between tutors and students using Oracle software.

Phuong H. Dinh began their educational journey in 2018 when they attended Houston Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science - AS in Computer Science. In 2021, they transferred to the University of Houston and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
