Allegra Gordon

Allegra Gordon has worked in a variety of industries, from theater to technology. Allegra is currently a Program Officer at Oceankind, and has previously worked as a Product Manager at Eventbrite and as a Consultant for oceans, food systems, and sustainability.

Allegra began their career as an Apprentice at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, where they helped in all aspects of theater production. Allegra then interned at Zynga in the marketing department before becoming a Branford Master's Aide at Yale University.

In 2014, Allegra left Yale to become a Product Manager at Eventbrite. There, they oversaw the consumer labs team in user research, idea generation, prototyping, and product development. In just six months, they and their team built and shipped Rally, an app that was well-received by the market and had high user retention. The app was featured on the front page of Product Hunt with no PR campaign.

After two years at Eventbrite, Allegra left to pursue consulting work in the oceans, food systems, and sustainability industries. In September 2018, they returned to their current position as a Program Officer at Oceankind.

Allegra Gordon received a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geophysics from Yale University. Allegra then attended The Urban School of San Francisco.
