Lance Folske

Lance Folske, MA, MFT has extensive work experience in the mental health field. Lance has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Lance'smost recent position was as the SVP of Outpatient Operations at Oceans Healthcare where they provided support to inpatient hospitals and oversaw the development and operation of 25+ outpatient clinics. Prior to that, they served as the CEO at Pure Mixed Strategy LLC and as the Founder/Board Member at Bricolage Behavioral Health. Lance also worked at SUN Behavioral Health as the Senior Vice President of Operations and later as the CEO, where they managed all aspects of daily operations and directed a 144-bed inpatient hospital. Lance has also served as the CEO at Carrollton Springs and as the Chief Executive Officer at UHS, where they managed inpatient psychiatric hospitals and implemented various initiatives to improve patient care. Lance has a background in mental health and holds an MA and MFT degree.

Lance Folske, MA, MFT, earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. Lance then pursued a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Western Kentucky University, completing their studies in 2008.
