Elio Torres

Elio Torres is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Venture Capitalist at Oceans, where valuable insights are gained from Harvard-MIT founders, and as a Co-Founder of Erosa, an alcohol-free cocktail brand that has opted out of venture capital. As General Manager of Cafe Gato Rojo at Harvard University Dining Services, leadership is demonstrated over a team of 24 staff, culminating in a nomination for Harvard Student Employee of the Year. Additional roles include serving as Policy Chair for the Quechua Initiative on Global Indigeneity at Harvard University, participating in a paid fellowship to explore mobile battery systems for remote energy access, and engaging in policy development as a writer for the Biden-Harris White House and as Team Lead at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School. Elio’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis with a focus on Energy & Environment from Harvard University and a high school diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
