Parin Shah

Parin Shah is currently a Principal at OceanSound Partners, a New York-based private equity firm that focuses on control investments in technology and technology-enabled services companies. In addition to their role at OceanSound, Parin serves as a Board Member at Message Broadcast, Kinective, and RMA Companies, where Parin contributes their expertise in various industries. Prior to their current roles, Parin was an Investor at Netrix, LLC, and gained experience as a Private Equity Associate at TA Associates. Parin holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics with a Minor in History from Boston College.
