Madison Holland

Madison Holland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate currently employed at Oceanview Mental Health and Wellness since January 2025. Previously held the LCSW-A title at Novant Health from March 2023 to February 2025. Experience includes serving as a Field Organizer for the North Carolina Democratic Party from July 2016 to September 2021, contributing to the 2016 and 2018 election cycles and later becoming the 3rd Vice Chair of the New Hanover County Democratic Party in 2019. Madison completed an internship as a Social Work/Group Facilitator at Coastal Horizons working with SAIOP groups and the Horizons Adult Regional Residential Treatment Services (HARRTS) program. Additional roles include working as an IPS Employment Specialist with Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia, focusing on supporting individuals with Severe Persistent Mental Illness, and internships in community outreach and volunteer positions in hospice care. Madison holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
