Ian Heagren

Ian Heagren has a diverse work experience. Ian began their career in 2014 as an Associate Database Engineer, Service Desk Analyst/Merchant Technical Support Analyst, and Customer Service/Merchant Support Representative at Progressive Leasing. In 2017, they took on an internship as a Data Architect Intern at Health Catalyst. Ian then joined Deloitte Digital in 2018 as a Data Engineer - Consultant and also worked as a SQL Developer at L2 Inc. that same year. In 2020, they became a Business Intelligence Engineer at Shift4 Payments, and in 2021 they were promoted to Senior Analytic Data Engineer at Progressive Leasing. Currently, they are a Senior Data Engineer at Ocelot Consulting.

Ian Heagren obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Business Intelligence from Utah Valley University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Salt Lake Community College from 2014 to 2015, studying General Studies. Ian also holds a certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained in January 2020.
