John Rothermel

John Rothermel has held various positions in the technology industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at Monsanto Company, where they served as a CloudOps Engineer, Senior UNIX/Linux Engineer, Unix/Linux Technical Lead, Unix/Linux Technical Coordinator, and Unix/Linux Systems Administrator. Since 2017, they have been employed at Ocelot Consulting LLC as a Cloud Architect. At Ocelot Consulting, they are responsible for helping clients modernize their technology systems through cloud technologies, custom application development, enterprise security, and data science.

John Rothermel received a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2005. John also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
