Matthew Knight

Matthew Knight has over 12 years of professional work experience. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer and Level 3 Technical Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting, engineering, and making changes to support tens of thousands of network and security devices. Matthew was also responsible for providing support and insight into cloud components including automation/scripting, virtualization, network/fibre storage, windows/linux operating systems, and various hardware maintenance. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as an Enterprise Technologist - Remote Support Engineer at NETSCOUT, where they were accountable for monitoring and maintaining NETSCOUT's products and solutions deployed in clients' global environments. In 2020, they began working as a Site Reliability Engineering Architect at ADT. In 2022, they became the owner of Knightly Escapes and a Senior Cloud Engineer at Ocelot Consulting.

Matthew Knight received their High School Diploma from Plano West Senior High School in 2006. Matthew then attended Full Sail University from 2006 to 2007, earning an Associate of Science degree in Show Production and Touring. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (April 2020), Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect (April 2021), and Google Cloud Certified – Associate Cloud Engineer (September 2020).
