Paola Andrea Zambrano Guevara possesses extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Subgerente Gestión de Abastecimiento at Ocensa since April 2019, with a focus on strategic sourcing for Energy and Chemicals. Previous roles at Allianz from 2005 to 2018 included Directora de Compras y Servicios, where responsibility encompassed developing procurement strategies that considered total cost of ownership, efficiency, and innovation, along with managing administrative expenditure and supplier negotiations. Paola holds a Master in Business Management from INALDE Business School and an industrial engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, complemented by a leadership diploma from Universidad de Los Andes.
