Bianca Holcomb

Bianca Holcomb, LCSW, is currently serving as a Clinical Program Specialist at OCHIN, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority from October 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included Assistant Division Director, Quality Improvement Specialist, Program Manager, Compliance Specialist, and Administrative Program Specialist. Bianca's experience also includes serving as a Social Worker and Case Manager at Jefferson Parish 24th JDC: DWI Court and Intensive Probation from January 2014 to October 2015, as well as a Social Work Intern at Jefferson Parish 24th JDC from December 2012 to December 2013. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University School of Social Work (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans (2006-2011).
