Secretary at OCHIN

Jean Polster is the Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP) in Cleveland, Ohio, where she is a leader in developing strategies for improving both the access and the quality of care and service in her organization and beyond. Under her care, NFP has grown from a single clinic to multiple clinic locations across the Cleveland area and launched a school-based health program with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Jean was also instrumental in founding Better Health Partnership, a regional quality initiative. In addition to NFP, she has worked as a hospital administrator in ambulatory care and as an executive in local social services organizations including Catholic Charities. Currently, Jean has partnered NFP with The Centers for Family and Children, one of the oldest and largest nonprofit organizations in northeast Ohio that provides a full range of mental health, recovery support, and child safety services, working to develop models of integrated health for multiple offices of that organization.
