Matthew Malachowski

Matthew Malachowski currently serves as the System Director of Population Health and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy at Ochsner Health System, a position held since January 2020. In addition, Matthew is an Editorial Advisory Board member for Pharmacy Times since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor for Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy at UAB Medicine from July 2007 to January 2020, as well as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist focused on Solid Organ Transplantation. Matthew holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2018-2020), a PGY-1 in General Pharmacy Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2006-2007), and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Rhode Island (2000-2006).
