Cory Dickerson, MS

Cory Dickerson, MS, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting with a successful career in the United States Marine Corps, they served as a Marine from 1995 to 1999. Following their military service, Cory transitioned into the business development field, working as a Business Development Manager LSSBB at CoServ for 13 years. At CoServ, they supervised and trained a team of Business Development Representatives, Project Managers, Design Technicians, and Project Administrators/Coordinators, while also building and fostering strong relationships with city officials, developers, and other stakeholders.

Cory then moved into the role of Business Development/Project Manager LSSBB at Westwood Professional Services, where they focused on growing the electric transmission side of the company in the southern states. Cory successfully acquired new projects and managed them through completion.

Continuing their career in the business development and project management sector, Cory held positions at Vickrey & Associates, Inc. and LW Survey Company, where they played key roles in business development and managing projects.

In 2017, Cory worked as a Project Manager at Surveying And Mapping, LLC (SAM), overseeing project execution and ensuring successful outcomes. Cory then joined Timmons Group in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating their expertise in project management. Additionally, during their time at Contract Land Staff from 2018 to 2021, Cory served as a Senior ROW Agent, applying their skills in right-of-way acquisition.

Most recently, Cory has been associated with One World Solar as an Associate Developer from 2021 to 2022, where they contributed to the development and implementation of solar energy projects. Currently, they hold the position of Project Development Manager at OCI Solar Power LLC, where they utilize their extensive experience to manage and drive development projects.

Cory Dickerson, MS has a comprehensive education history. From 2019 to 2021, they attended Texas A&M University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree with a focus on Energy. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Applied Technologies and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas.

In addition to their academic background, Cory has also obtained several certifications. In July 2011, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute. In March 2019, they obtained a Notary Public Commission from the American Association of Notaries - Notary Public. In May 2019, they obtained an Easement or Right-of-Way Agent Certification of Registration from TREC.
