Reuben Franco

Reuben Franco is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in banking and business development. Currently serving as the Director of the Orange County/Inland Empire SBDC Network since July 2015, Reuben also holds the position of CEO at the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since July 2011. Prior roles include Commercial Banker at Citibank from July 2001 to December 2008, Sales Manager in Commercial Banking at Bank of America from May 1997 to June 2001, and Commercial Loan Officer at Wells Fargo from March 1994 to April 1997. Reuben Franco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, where studies were completed between 1978 and 1983.
