Jamie Beehn, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience in the field. Jamie has worked for a variety of organizations, including Ocient, Solid State Operations, Zennify, Zamzow's, Inc., Synoptek, Employers Resource, Applied Information Sciences, and Avitecture, Inc.

At Ocient, Beehn currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, they were Human Resources Director at Solid State Operations, where they established the Human Resources organization from the ground up and led the Human Resources function through sustained company growth of 1000% over six months. Jamie also worked with the leadership team to implement improvements to coaching, mentoring, and leading employees.

At Zennify, Beehn served as Human Resources Manager, where they established the Human Resources organization from the ground up and led the Human Resources function through sustained corporate growth of 400% over two years. Jamie managed the recruiting team and defined a recruiting process to build a solid pipeline of candidates, and worked with the leadership team to implement improvements to employee culture, morale, and engagement.

At Zamzow's, Inc., Beehn was Human Resources Director, where they oversaw all facets of Human Resources and fostered strong partnerships between HR and the leadership team to foster the creation of value-added services for the benefit of employees and management. Jamie also directed Talent Acquisition, overseeing the hire of 20 employees each month.

At Synoptek, Beehn was Human Resources Director, where they managed the workforce through highly complex M&A processes that skyrocketed headcount from 40 to over 300. Jamie also performed due diligence on acquired companies to ensure the alignment of cultures and increased likelihood of long-term success following integration, and served as the architect of staffing strategies for future growth and succession planning.

Prior to this, Beehn worked as Benefits Manager at Employers Resource, and Human Resources Manager at Applied Information Sciences and Avitecture, Inc.

Jamie Beehn, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Boise State University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003.
