Lee Radney currently serves as the Dean of Academic Affairs for Trades, Industrial, and Transportation at Oconee Fall Line Technical College, a position held since October 2011, while also instructing in Mechatronics and Electronics. Previous experience includes serving as the Academy Manager at MAGE SOLAR ACADEMY, where curriculum development and public speaking on solar energy were key responsibilities. Education includes a Master of Education in Adult & Career Education from Valdosta State University (2021-2023), Human Capital Performance (2019-2020), an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics from Heart of Georgia Technical College (2007-2009), and a Technical Diploma in Electronics from North Georgia Technical College (1981-1983).
