Aep Kimberly Corkill

Kimberly Corkill, AEP, currently serves as a Preconstruction Manager at The PENTA Building Group since November 2023. Previously, Kimberly worked at OCMI, Inc. as a Regional Estimating Manager and Cost Estimator from December 2017 to October 2023, contributing valuable experience in labor, classroom, database, and programming skills within the construction and hospitality sectors, particularly on multi-residential improvements and educational contracts. Before this, Kimberly held the position of Manager of Systems Support & Engineering at IGT from August 2006 to November 2017, overseeing a team responsible for managing Service Incidents related to IGT’s product systems. Kimberly’s career began at the Las Vegas Valley Water District as a Database Architect and Consultant from January 1997 to August 2006, focusing on developing and maintaining a centralized corporate relational database architecture. Educationally, Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management from the College of Southern Nevada and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from the same institution, along with multiple Bachelor's degrees in GIS from the University of Nevada, Reno.
