Jim Archer

Jim Archer is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and engineering industries. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc., since September 2018, Jim oversees MEP estimates and risk management for projects in California. Previous positions include Claim and Changes Manager at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc., and Chief Estimator at McIntosh Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed bid preparation and project scheduling. Jim has also held key roles as Senior Mechanical Estimator at Lenax Construction Services and Construction Manager at Arcadis-US. With an entrepreneurial background as Owner/Operator of Archer Air Conditioning and Heating Services, Jim holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
