Matthew Passero is an experienced cost manager and estimator with a robust background in construction management. Currently serving as a Cost Manager and Senior Cost Estimator at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. since January 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Cost Manager at Cumming Corporation, where contributions were made across prominent projects for major clients, including Intel, Facebook, and Disney. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Electrical Estimator at STV, where notable projects included Delta Airlines at LGA Airport and Columbia University.
