Athea Long

Athea Long, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director of Employer Services at Intent Clinical since December 2020, focusing on optimizing workforce well-being and organizational performance. Athea has operated a private practice, providing therapy, coaching, wellness sessions, clinical supervision, and consulting since January 2015. Previous roles include Clinical Advisor at MyWellbeing, Executive Director at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene overseeing crisis prevention and intervention, and Area Director at The Bridge managing housing programs for the homeless. Athea also contributed as a board member for Care for the Homeless and held various clinical positions in organizations dedicated to serving vulnerable populations. Athea Long holds a Post Masters Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice from New York University and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
