Carole Murphy

Carole Murphy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carole most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ocorian starting in October 2021. Prior to this, Carole was the CEO of OGH & Associates from December 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they showcased their skills as a Transformation Leader by working with multi-national organizations across global markets.

Before their role at OGH & Associates, Carole held various positions at Capgemini. From 2010 to 2020, they served as the Executive Vice President and Global Practice Head of Finance - Capgemini Business Services. During this time, they played a crucial role in the growth and development of the global Finance practice, including the creation of the Finance Powered by Intelligent Automation offer. Carole also led the establishment of the BPO Business Transformation & Automation Services, where they successfully grew the team and achieved revenue targets.

Carole's career at Capgemini also included roles such as Head of BPO Business Transformation & Automation Services, Head of Business Services Consumer Products and Retail & Head of Europe, Head of Business Transformation Services, and Engagement Executive. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in finance, supply chain, HR, and master data transformation, as well as their ability to lead global projects and deliver strategic results.

Before joining Capgemini, Carole worked as a Vice President at Capgemini Invent and as a Managing Consultant at Ernst & Young, further enhancing their experience and knowledge in the field.

Carole Murphy pursued higher education at University College Dublin from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Following this, they enrolled at Kings Inns from 1988 to 1990 to further their legal education, focusing on the field of law.
