Paul McAvoy has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Paul is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Ocorian since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TMF Group from May 2016 to February 2019.
Before joining TMF Group, Paul worked at IHS Markit for a significant period. Paul held the position of Global Head of Talent Management from August 2014 to April 2016, where they led a team of 29 talent management colleagues and managed a budget of $6.5M. Paul also served as the VP HR APAC from an unknown start date to July 2014, where they successfully executed a comprehensive people strategy to achieve global best-in-class colleague engagement. Additionally, they served as the VP HR EMEA from an unknown start date to October 2011.
Paul's early experience includes working as the VP of Human Resources at Orange from 1997 to 2003.
Paul McAvoy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen's University Belfast. Paul'sfield of study was International Finance and Industrial Relations.
