Hamza Tazi

Hamza TAZI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of business development, operations management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Business Development Lead and Operations Manager at OCP Group since October 2019, Hamza TAZI oversees plant operations, manages a team of approximately 300 individuals, and leads performance optimization initiatives. Prior to this role, Hamza TAZI worked as an Industrial Associate Consultant at OCP Group, executing strategic projects focused on operational transformation and quality management. Additional experience includes serving as an Innovation Consultant at GAC Group and a Research Engineer and PhD candidate at IFP Energies nouvelles, where Hamza TAZI conducted significant research and development. Hamza TAZI holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Geomaterial from IFPEN et Navier - Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and completed an Executive Education Program in Business and Management at IMD.
