Hicham Mansouri

Hicham Mansouri has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Hicham began their career in 2008 as a Project Team Leader at Consolidated Contractors International Company, where they managed teams and subcontractors, prepared project estimations and schedules, and implemented Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve processes.

In 2010, Hicham continued their role as a Project Team Leader at the same company, focusing on reducing project repair/failure rates and implementing techniques such as Just-in-Time, TPM, and 5S at the site. Hicham also prepared method statements and work procedures.

In 2014, Hicham joined ADEKA CORPORATION as a Process Development Manager & Project Manager. Their responsibilities included implementing Six Sigma methodology and Lean Manufacturing techniques, managing plant assets, and designing and implementing CAPEX projects. Hicham also ensured plant certification and standards compliance.

Currently, Hicham is working at OCP Group as a Corporate Industrial Supply Chain Senior Lead. Their role involves overseeing the world's largest reserve of phosphate and diversifying the product portfolio downstream the value chain. Hicham is responsible for the large fertilizer portfolio and global operations.

In addition, Hicham previously held the position of Corporate Quality Compliance Senior Lead at OCP Group, where they contributed to maintaining quality compliance and standards.

Throughout their career, Hicham has demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain, quality compliance, and project leadership.

Hicham Mansouri holds an Executive MBA in Strategy and Leadership from UM6P - Africa Business School, obtained from 2021 to 2023. Hicham also obtained an Executive MBA in International Business, Corporate Finance, and Global Strategy from Hult International Business School, completed from 2011 to 2013. Hicham has an Engineer's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earned from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed Preparatory Classes in Mathematics and Physics at the same institution from 2003 to 2005. In terms of certifications, Hicham Mansouri is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), and holds various other certifications in quality management, safety, leadership, and software.
