Ismail Guerbab

Ismail Guerbab has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Ismail began their career with a three-month internship as an operator at Novelli pumps, where they gained an understanding of corporate and business structures. In 2016, they worked as a quant researcher assistant at Inria. In 2017, they joined Murex as a front office consultant, specializing in commodities and rates. Ismail also served as a quant consultant during this time. In 2019, they became a senior business consultant. In 2021, they joined Africa Business School as an advisory manager and then moved to ABS Advisory as an advisory manager. Currently, they are working at OCP Group as the head of strategy and regulatory affairs for NutriBiotek. In addition, they are also involved in advising in geo-economical intelligence and diplomacy at IEGA - Institut d'études de géopolitique appliquée.

Ismail Guerbab's education history is as follows:

- From 2022 to 2024, they attended HEC Paris and earned an Executive Master of Science in Geopolitics and Geoeconomy in emerging Africa, specializing in Geo-Politics, Geo-Economics, and African Markets.

- From 2019 to 2021, they studied at IMD and obtained a degree in Executive Management and Leadership, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

- In 2014, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, specializing in Applied Mathematics in Finance.

- In 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Probabilities and Finance at Universite de Lorraine.

- From 2012 to 2014, they attended CPGE Moulay Driss Fès, where they studied Preparatory Classes in Mathematics and Physics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ismail Guerbab has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they achieved DELE - B1 from the Cervantes Institute and IELTS - C1 (7.5/9) from the British Council. In 2015, they received the C2i certification from the Ministère en charge de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche (France).
