Saad Mikou

Saad Mikou is currently the Head of Strategy for Specialty Products & Solutions at OCP Group, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Saad served as Group COO and Integration Project Manager at T2S Group from April 2018 to May 2023, overseeing the post-merger integration of an African HealthTech leader formed by four healthcare companies and managing various operational areas. Additionally, Saad held a part-time role as Deputy General Director at Cyclopharma and played a crucial role in developing T2S Group's five-year strategy and enhancing company operations. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger and Valyans Consulting, Analyst in Strategy at Smartfact Partners, and various engineering and intern roles at Schneider Electric, Procter & Gamble, and Nexans. Saad holds an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from emlyon business school.
