Terry Brenner

Terry Brenner has over 20 years of experience in legal, risk and compliance, real estate development, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance, North America at OCR Labs. From 2010 to 2009, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of !XAM Diamonds and a Real Estate Developer at Polokwane Ext. 118. During the same period, they were also President and General Counsel for Devland Holdings, LLC. From 2006 to 2001, they were Vice President of the Infrastructure and Property Group at Macquarie Group and a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department at Covington & Burling. Finally, from 1999 to 1999, they were a Foreign Legal Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates.

Terry Brenner obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cardozo School of Law, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) in Accounting and Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (equivalent to Juris Doctor) from the University of the Witwatersrand. In 2003, they were certified as an Attorney by the New York State Bar Association.
