Suneet Manocha

Suneet Manocha is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Associate at Ocrolus since August 2021, Suneet is responsible for handling grievances, preparing performance improvement plans, onboarding and offboarding processes, induction programs, and data management. Prior to this role, Suneet worked at Teleperformance USA from August 2017 to August 2021 as a Team Leader in Talent Acquisition, managing a team of five recruiters and overseeing bulk hiring operations. Suneet also completed a summer internship at DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (I) PVT. LTD. in 2016. Suneet holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (Evening). Early education was completed at The Frank Anthony Public School in New Delhi.
