Karol Stefanovska

Karol Stefanovska has extensive work experience in regulatory compliance and legal marketing roles. From 2023 to the present, they have been a Director of Regulatory Compliance at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store. Prior to this, Karol held the position of Director, Legal Marketing at Loblaw Companies Limited from 2017 to 2023, where they managed a team and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements for advertising and marketing materials. Before that, they worked at Rogers Communications from 2014 to 2017 as a Senior Law Clerk, responsible for reviewing and approving advertising materials and providing guidance on marketing campaigns. From 2008 to 2014, Karol held the position of Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance at Loblaw Companies Limited, and from 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Law Clerk at Rogers Communications. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Paralegal at Dell Canada from 2002 to 2007 and as a Law Clerk at Sprint Canada - Callnet Enterprises from 1994 to 2002. In these roles, they conducted legal reviews, provided guidance on contracts, and managed human resources files.

Karol Stefanovska obtained a Law Clerk Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic from 1999 to 2001. Karol also earned a High School Diploma from East York Collegiate Institute from 1982 to 1985. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the ISO 19600 Lead Compliance Manager Certificate from PECB in 2020 and the Certified Expert in Advertising & Marketing Law from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2016.
