Mayer Grashin

Mayer Grashin has a strong background in legal roles. Mayer currently serves as the General Counsel - Vice President, Legal at PharmaCann Inc since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel - Litigation, Data Services, Legislative Affairs at CDK Global from 2016 to 2020. Mayer has also worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP from 2013 to 2016 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2011 to 2013. Mayer also has experience as a Volunteer Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2010 and as a Student Attorney at DC Law Students in Court from 2008 to 2009. In addition, they have worked as a Salesperson/Manager at David Green & Sons, Inc. from 1996 to 2009. Mayer has also interned at the Office of the Public Defender for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church in 2007. Furthermore, they served as an Infantry Soldier in the Israeli Defence Force in 2001.

Mayer Grashin attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2006 to 2009, earning a JD degree with honors. During their time at the university, they specialized in Global Law. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at McGill University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a BA degree with First Class Honors in Middle Eastern Studies.
