Katharine Brickman-Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in cannabis law and policy. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store since 2020, Katharine has also held roles as an Instructor at Queen's Law, teaching Cannabis Law and Policy, and as a Legal Content Writer for LexisNexis Canada Inc. in 2021. Previous legal counsel positions include a tenure at Aurora Cannabis Inc. and senior policy advisor roles with OCS Ontario Cannabis Store, LCBO, and The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, showcasing a strong background in both policy and legal advisement. Katharine's academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from Queen's University.
