Lisa Ferraro

Lisa Ferraro has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT service management and business analysis. Lisa most recently held the position of Director of IT Service Management at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store, where they have been working since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Information Technology Service Management Manager at the same company from February 2020 to December 2022. Before joining OCS Ontario Cannabis Store, Lisa worked as a Business Relationship Manager at the company from June 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst Consultant at Grocery Gateway from January 2016 to June 2018, and at Sears Canada from November 2013 to December 2015. Lisa's career in the IT industry began at Hbc in 1997, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst until November 2013.

Lisa Ferraro attended Humber College from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Business & Marketing. Lisa obtained a certification titled "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn in 2021.
