Max Krukovsky is the current Head of Magento Development & Consulting at OCS Innovation company (OCSICO). Prior to this, they were with ScienceSoft from September 2018 to May 2021, where they held the title of Head of Magento Development & Consulting.

Max is an expert in creating unique customer experiences and functional ecosystems around Magento. Max has a deep understanding of best industry practices in building customer experiences and functional ecosystems around Magento, for all major target markets, product lines and business models.

During their time at ScienceSoft, Max made a significant contribution to the Magento department. Max pioneered the practice of creating experience-first solutions and achieved an agreement across the departments of business analysis and Magento development regarding what kind of experience ScienceSoft wants to convey to clients.

Max is a highly skilled IT professional with a wealth of knowledge in ecommerce and general IT technologies. Max's areas of expertise include complex integrations architecture, ad hoc onsite consulting, customer records and digital asset management, content management systems, ecommerce analytics, payment systems, SEO practices, and more.

Max Krukovsky has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University. Max also has a certification from Quantor V Kharkiv in Magento Certified Solution Specialist. Additionally, they are certified by ICAgile as an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master.
