Holger Landmann has extensive experience in purchasing and procurement roles. Holger worked as Head of Purchasing at OCS Optical Control Systems GmbH, where they were responsible for establishing and implementing a procurement organization. This included purchasing production materials, aluminum and stainless steel machining parts, optical image processing systems, EMS services, and special projects as required by the management. Holger held this position from July 2018 to the present.

Prior to that, Landmann served as the Purchasing Manager at WITT-Gasetechnik GmbH & Co KG for over 13 years, from January 2005 to May 2018. In this role, they oversaw the procurement of raw materials, metal machining parts, sensor technology, services, facility management, and special projects. Holger also conducted global procurement market research and restructured suppliers in areas such as machining parts and pressed parts.

Landmann's earlier experience includes working as Purchasing Manager at Druckgusstechnik Heiligenhaus (DGTH) GmbH. From October 2000 to December 2004, they were responsible for purchasing metal raw materials and metal and purchased parts for the entire Fennel group, including the Heiligenhaus location. Holger also established and organized the purchasing department and acted as a liaison between internal departments (engineering/technology/production) and external suppliers.

Holger Landmann completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Burokaufmann degree through a training program. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they attended the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Essen, where they obtained a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in the field of Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Lastly, in 1997, Landmann enrolled at IHK Essen and obtained a Fachkaufmann degree in Einkauf/Beschaffung/Preis- und Wertanalyse.
