Bruna Costa

Bruna Costa has a diverse background in customer success and consulting roles. Bruna currently works as a Pleno Customer Success Analyst at Octadesk since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Coordinator (Onboarding and Retention) at E-lastic from July 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a Customer Success Consultant at Cloudez from November 2020 to July 2021 and at CookGo from October 2017 to October 2020. Bruna also has experience as a Food Consultant, specializing in providing consulting and advisory services for hygiene and food quality for restaurants and food businesses from February 2017 to January 2019.
