Jason Cohen

Jason Cohen currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Octagon Credit Investors, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Corporate Associate at Feuerstein Kulick LLP from July 2021 to July 2023 and as an Associate in the Investment Management Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP for a brief period in early 2021. Jason's experience also includes working as an Associate in the Investment Funds practice group at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2018 to January 2021, and earlier as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Additional experience includes a Summer Law Clerk position with the NFL Management Council and a Legal Assistant role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Jason holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development/Economics from Vanderbilt University, along with completing education at Choate Rosemary Hall.
