Paul Haase

Paul Haase serves as the General Counsel for Octagon, Inc. since March 2009, overseeing the legal department and providing guidance on corporate, legal, and regulatory matters, along with management of litigation and employment law. Previous roles within Octagon include Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel, where responsibilities included litigation management and legal support for business units. Additionally, Paul Haase has been an Adjunct Professor at Catholic University Columbus School of Law since January 2012, teaching Professional Sports & The Law. Prior legal experience includes positions at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Wiley Rein & Fielding LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation, respectively. Paul Haase holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Polymer Chemistry from William & Mary.
